| | Welcome to the Uwchlan Township Waste Collection Survey
Overview
The Township has partnered with Whitetail Disposal as our waste collection services company since January 1, 2025.
We are asking you to take a few minutes to provide feedback about the quality of waste collection services you have been receiving during the past 6 months, and what if anything might be done better. The survey includes the following waste collection services: trash collection, recycling, yard waste and bulk trash.
Your feedback will help us understand how well current services are meeting current community needs and whether there is support for potential enhancements.
The survey is anonymous. We have no way of knowing who completed the survey. We have hired Quantisoft, a survey company, to conduct the survey and to ensure that all survey feedback received is anonymous.
Township administrative staff and the Board of Supervisors will review the survey results and consider adjustments to waste collection services where needed and possible.
