Welcome to the Workplace Experience Survey!
This survey involves answering a few demographic questions, followed by questions about various workplace barriers and challenges, its causes, and its impact on employees. There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. So, please answer them honestly based on your own experience and opinion.
Because of the nature of the topic, individuals who have experienced, or are experiencing, workplace barriers and challenges may find some of the questions upsetting or triggering. If this describes you, we strongly encourage you NOT to answer the survey, or to answer the survey only in the presence of someone who can support you if you are triggered.
At any point during the survey, if you feel triggered, please stop the survey and speak with someone whom you trust and who can support you. If you want to continue the survey at another time, you can do so by accessing the same link using the same computer/mobile device. If you don’t want to complete the survey, that is perfectly ok, too.
This is an anonymous survey. It contains NO questions that will allow us to identify you. To allow you to exit the survey and then return to where you left off later, a “cookie” is placed on your computer/mobile device. Rest assured that the “cookie” also does not contain any information that can identify you. Once the survey is completed, or within 30 days after your latest survey attempt, the “cookie” will be removed from your computer/mobile device.
